- A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
- Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, and entry charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Extra distance and extra waiting time will be charged as per the applicable rates.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
- TripJosh reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to unavoidable operational circumstances.
- Customers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
