At TripJosh, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and driver partners.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
Customer Cancellation
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund of the advance amount, unless the booking is marked as non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation by TripJosh
If TripJosh is unable to provide the booked service due to operational or technical reasons, the customer will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
